Aminata has forged an incredible cv in the legal and corporate industry. She joined Inclusive Employers in August 2020 as an inclusion & diversity business support partner. Before joining Inclusive Employers, she worked at a leading accounting firm where she founded and led the BAME Network for 2 years. Aminata also chaired the Best Practice Working Group at Lord Ghadia’s Multicultural Professional Networks Forum, consulting business from all sectors on the creation, maintenance and output of employee networks. Aminata has a keen interest in race matters as her lived experiences in and out of the professional realm allows her to give greater insights.
Addie is a queer trans man and inclusion professional. Addie came to Inclusive Employers after 5 years in the homelessness sector managing frontline services and leading on LGBTQIA+ inclusion. He started his working life in Further Education sector as a teacher and teacher trainer, specialising in managing challenging behaviour. As a senior consultant at Inclusive Employers, Addie has particular interest in socio economic inclusion, LGBTQ+ inclusion, mental health and incorporating intersectionality into organisations.
